Job Description We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Representative who is fully fluent (verbal & written) in Japanese and English to coordinate sales support processes, implementations, sales support activities and to serve as a liaison between Sales, Clients and the Client Services department. Our emphasis is on subscription sales of market news, data, and syndicated reports to the business, financial, government, professional service marketplace. Our clients are generally industry researchers, investment strategists and C-level executives. The Core Responsibilities Must be fluent in English and Japanese (verbal and written). Provide exceptional sales and implementation support to clients by way of on-site, web and telephone with new and existing client base. Review contracts for accuracy and completeness and submit relevant paperwork to Client Services. Respond to product and process inquiries from sales and organize interaction with clients and Client Services to provide timelines for solutions. Document and maintain sales support documentation. Ensure and update Salesforce as needed. Provide quality sales support to Account Manager(s) as needed. Desired Skills & Experience The Scope Of Experience & Qualifications 1-2 years of comparable sales support experience. Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in Japanese and English languages required. Ability to work independently Willing and able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate clients’ normal business hours.
