Industry: Finance Position: HR Administrator Job Type: TEMP (5days a week, 9:30 to 4:30) Location: New York, NY Salary: $20/hr Visa Sponsor: No Language: English Job Description: * Revise and process Benefits invoices: Health Insurance, Life & AD&D * Bi-Weekly 401K report – Create and process to assure participants’ accruals on timely manner * Head Count Reports * Process approvals and payments of temporary placements invoices * Inputs into the General Ledger * Organizing HR Group’s documents in electronic and paper files * Filing and shredding documents * Coordinate interviews * Create Performance Appraisal forms once per semester * Assist the HR VP in different projects and tasks * Reports directly to the VP of Human Resources Requirment: * BA in Administration, Human Resources or equivalent * Experience in administration positions of at least 4 years * Excellent numerical abilities * Excellent organizational skills * Very good skills - Microsoft Excel and Word * Excellent communication skills * Excellent team skills * Motivated On the job and in life * Experience in Human Resources (DESIRABLE)
